Jersey Bodyboarders Tag-Team Challenge

The Jersey Bodyboarders first ever tag-team challenge took place over the weekend 28th August at Petit Port Reef. Due to the small neap tide, the 2-3ft waves were breaking extra shallow over the first section of rocks known to the bodyboard crew as ‘The Ledge’. In fact some of the waves were breaking with only a few inches of water covering the rocks, providing some risky, but fun sized hollow tubes, perfect conditions for a bodyboard event.
The highlight of the event was undoubtedly Clint Loake's huge ARS over the shallowest section of the ledge.

2nd Andy De La Mare, Dominic Alfano and Sean Ellis 131.30
3rd Colin Crowther, Phil Le Neveu and Peter Bolam 127.30
